Rabbit Killer – Make Me Hate You
Funkk Sound Recordings releases the newest single from Rabbit Killer, “Make Me Hate You”. Rabbit Killer has a decent following going o far, although nothing completely major when compared to other artists. Now, “Make Me Hate You” seems pretty interesting to me. There’s aspects here that I like, and parts that I don’t like. Usually I find a song that’s just great all around. But ultimately, I decided to showcase this song because I though it was great overall. Minor set backs don’t ruin the song for me.
Everything overall sounds great. Beats are solid, but the only thing in the song that bothers me, are the vocals. They add something good to the song, but at the same time, I feel as though they’re overused throughout the whole track. The vocals work for the beat, that’s a simple fact. However, I think the beat alone for some parts of the song would be good without any vocals. The chorus is great though, and I feel as though this beat is upbeat overall, despite the title sounding a bit depressing. Nonetheless, I enjoy the track overall, even with the vocals.
The above video is a majority of the song, however, the whole song in its entirety couldn’t be found. So consider the above video the final version, but instead of five minutes and twenty seconds its four minutes and twenty seconds.
